Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.

Role Overview

As part of the Operations Customer Service team, you will manage the multi-category distribution process for the Spanish omnichannel environment. Your mission is to ensure the right products are allocated to the correct channel and location, in the right quantity, to meet anticipated demand. You will also oversee reverse logistics, returning goods to the central warehouse and coordinating recycling or refurbishment, while driving sustainability initiatives, delivering productivity improvements, and developing strategies and processes for new omnichannel distribution models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead inventory distribution across all channels (retail, e-commerce, events).
  • Optimize stock levels, service, and cost-to-serve.
  • Ensure smooth New Product Launch (NPL) and Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) processes.
  • Manage returns and recycling in compliance with regulations.
  • Drive sustainability and carbon footprint reduction.
  • Implement productivity and process improvements.
  • Design strategies for omnichannel flows and business continuity.
  • Apply AI and automation to reduce workload and enhance efficiency.
  • Integrate systems with LSPs for seamless operations.
  • Use DRP/CDM tools for planning and reporting.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Execute DRP to meet service and inventory targets.
  • Collaborate with commercial, S&OP/IBP, and logistics partners.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage logistics flows and mitigate risks.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar.

Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years in supply chain (distribution planning, logistics, demand planning, S&OP/IBP, PIPO, order management).
  • Strong project management experience in multinational or complex environments.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Spanish communication skills will be a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; solid knowledge of SAP and SAP APO.
  • Technology and data-driven mindset; understanding of system interlinks and data flows.
