Position Title:  Senior Manager IQOS Portfolio

We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our IQOS category & brand team. Be part of an amazing business and social transformation for a pioneer brand by leading the portfolio team of IQOS and its consumables brands. 

You will play a key role in driving this transformation — leading brand strategies, inspiring teams, and bringing innovation to life across multiple categories and channels.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the strategy of our IQOS portfolio, including our portfolio architecture, positioning, pricing strategies and channel roles, always from a consumer-centric mindset.  

• Lead the consumer impact of the portfolio, closely collaborating with our brand marketing team across all channels in the market, to create awareness, conversion and retention.  

• Collaborate with our Global and Regional teams to deliver the best possible offer in the best possible way for Spanish consumers.  

• Leverage consumer insights, behavioral data, and market trends to drive informed decision-making and translate strategic intent into concrete go-to-market plans. 

• Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail (direct and indirect), and trade channels — ensuring consistency, relevance, and excellence in execution. 

• Lead and inspire cross-market teams and collaborate with commercial operations and field teams to develop activation strategies that maximize in-market performance and enhance consumer experience. 

• Manage brand performance and marketing budgets, with accountability for brand health, ROI, and contribution to business KPIs. 

• Manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Our talents plans and people development our fundamental to the business and to PMI overall.  

We’re looking for someone with 

We are looking for strong talent that will join the company in this initial role with a clear end goal to continuous growth within the company in a 1-2 year roadmap. 

For this, we are searching for people with the following experience and skills:  

• Fluent in English. 

• 10+ years of commercial experience in FMCG or related industries, with strong exposure to brand strategy, execution, and innovation. 

• We highly value marketing & sales experience, as part of a rounded profile for faster growth. 

• Ability to work in high-paced environments, with abstract and strategic thinking skills and action-oriented mindset.  

• Willingness and flexibility to reallocate to international assignments as part of global career path. 

• Experience in Managing teams, with a passion for developing talent and building high-performing teams. 

• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, brand equity, and data-led decision making. 

• Commercially driven, with strong collaboration skills across Sales, Trade, and other business units. 

• Confident communicator and stakeholder manager, with experience influencing at regional and global level.
