About the role

As the Senior Manager CC & OTP Spain (Combustibles Category and Other Tobacco Products), you will be responsible for leading both categories in the Spanish market. Your mission is to drive business performance and brand equity by defining and executing a robust portfolio and pricing strategy that ensures local competitive superiority and aligns with global and regional frameworks.

You will lead the development and deployment of commercial plans for the CC category, ensuring consistent execution of toolboxes across all trade channels in compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements. A key part of your role is to develop compelling, insight-led marketing propositions that address the evolving needs of Legal Age Smokers (LAS), while continuously optimizing portfolio positioning and resource allocation.

You will also play a critical role in shaping the future of the category by contributing to long-term strategy, embedding multi-category synergies, and fostering a culture of executional excellence. Through strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership of brand managers, you will ensure that the CC & OTP portfolio delivers both short-term results and long-term transformation.

 

Your day to day

  • BRAND, PORTFOLIO & PRICING STRATEGY

Strategic Portfolio Management. Pricing Strategy. Brand Stewardship. Innovation Leadership.

  • BRAND PLANNING & CAMPAIGN DEPLOYMENT

Development and delivery of brand content. End-to-end campaign execution. Content creation and delivery to the channel. Lead the briefing and content development for TPOSM (Trade Point of Sale Materials). Oversee the creation of DTE (Digital Trade Engagement) content. Provide brand content and guidance for promoter recruitment. Manage VAOs (Value Added offers).

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • MBA or postgraduate specialization in Marketing, Business or Finance is a plus.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in brand management, portfolio strategy, or marketing roles within the FMCG or tobacco industry.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and managing complex brand portfolios.
  • Experience in pricing, product lifecycle management, and commercial planning is highly valued.
  • Exposure to finance or sales functions is a strong plus, supporting a well-rounded commercial and strategic perspective.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in matrixed environments and influence across functions and seniority levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent Leadership and Team development skills.
  • Valid EU work permit.
