THE OPPORTUNITY

 

As People Engagement Senior Specialist, you will have the exciting role of bringing our culture to life by engaging our people through key programs that will nurture an inclusive culture (…)

 

YOU WILL:

  • Work side by side with the People Engagement Senior Manager for Spain and Portugal with the coordination and execution of engagement programs in Spain.
  • Engage with the local People & Culture team and with the Global People Engagement Network to understand key programs, practices and engagement priorities, and deploy initiatives that support the growth, success and sense of belonging of employees in Iberia, as well as, sharing local meaningful best-practices and collaborating on regional or functional projects.
  • Manage the deployment of local internal communications and the localization of global Wellbeing / DEI / Communications programs and activations.
  • Coordinate data gathering of Internal Communication, DEI and People Engagement, prepare actions plans and presentations based on data.
  • Regularly perform Employee Listening Exercises and Employee Listening Survey analysis for the Market, identifying areas of focus and providing insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate monthly People Managers Communications for Spain in collaboration with Portugal.
  • Support the deployment of change communications that impact Spanish market.

 

YOU BRING:

  • A passion for driving change through people and culture.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence through storytelling, and bring people together through collaboration.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills, coupled with an analytical mindset and methodical approach to work.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management / program coordination, including experience in Internal Communication and DEI fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to actively listen and understand the surrounding environment, enabling effective stakeholders management.

 

AND ALSO:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish speaker.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365 Suite – collaborative tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and engagement tools in the digital workspace.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel would be an advantage.
