As part of our Global Travel Retail team, you'll help drive the growth of Smoke-Free Products across duty-free markets, turning category strategies into impactful consumer experiences and commercial results.

The Opportunity

As a Category Manager Smoke-Free Products, you will support the execution of category strategies across Travel Retail markets, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, drive successful activations, and accelerate the adoption of Smoke-Free Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of category and brand strategies across Travel Retail markets.
• Monitor category performance, identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Analyze business results and support KPI tracking, reporting, and business reviews.
• Coordinate the execution of go-to-market plans, campaigns, and commercial initiatives.
• Support product launches and innovation deployment, ensuring market readiness and execution excellence.
• Collaborate with Category, Commercial, Consumer Experience, Content, and Operations teams to deliver business objectives.
• Leverage consumer and market insights to improve activation strategies and consumer experiences.
• Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement across markets.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• 4-7 years of experience in Category Management, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Commercial Excellence, or similar functions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Experience managing projects and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Global Travel Retail or international commercial environments.
• FMCG experience.
• Exposure to product launches, portfolio management, or innovation deployment.
• Experience working in a matrix organization.
