For our Multi-Category Brand Retail Team in PMI Duty Free we are looking for a Manager Brand Retail Multi-Category

As Manager Multi Category Brand Retail you will lead and Manage our duty-free Retail presence and strategy across multiple Regions. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and experience managing teams across markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing Retail presence and visibility strategies to secure, manage, and optimize our travel retail stores, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, M-C Brand awareness and revenue growth. Overall, you will lead develop and ensure retail projects activities to enhance the M-C brand visibility, consumer experience and engagement while collaborating across teams and Regions to meet the

Your ‘day to day’

· Manage and ensure an effective Retail activity deployment plan based on the DF strategy to enhance the customer experience at Duty-Free retail touchpoints. Collaborate closely and effectively with relevant departments as Global teams, official agencies, and project management teams to ensure the latest developments are adapted and implemented in Duty-Free as needed. Ensure that each store aligns with company standards in terms of retail formats, visual merchandising, inventory management, and operational excellence.

· Own the SFP Brand Retail Strategy and its execution, ensuring the product launch calendar, campaigns, events, and activities are effectively managed.

Collaborate with portfolio teams to ensure product assortment visibility aligns with regional requirements for all categories and oversee new product launch activities and visual merchandising solutions for POS. Implement relevant reporting processes to ensure execution and objectives are met.

· Collaborate with the Brand Content team, Regions and Legal department to ensure Retail POS execution includes all necessary messages and communication content to drive customer experience and satisfaction. Ensure the follow-up assessment of brand visibility effectiveness and communications for each category. Maintain contact with commercial teams in regions to lead any findings and provide recommendations. Build strong relationships with Duty-Free regional teams to ensure the Brand Retail projects plan includes correct VM and infrastructure execution for each product category and guarantee the submission of monthly reports.

· Explore and propose Retail innovative formats to enhance a multi-category approach and improve customer experience. Lead the 2.0 new Retail concept formats roll-out in DF for 2025, managing agencies and suppliers accordingly. Initiate changes for relevant processes and systems to be able to improve customer experience in Duty Free POS in alignment with CX and Digital team. Support Digital projects amplification related to Retail, ensuring collaboration with other workstreams for successful outcomes.

· Visual Merchandising: lead and manage continues look and feel supervision and work with global teams to co-create DF Official campaign Toolboxes and new Duty Free solutions at Retail POS to meet global visibility guidelines.

Work based on SFP Category management product assortment proposals for POS efficiencies.

· Supervise budget in the area of responsibility, ensuring that all development and activities costs are in line with approved budget and compliance process.

Track and follow up Retail projects based on the OB strategy. Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability within the team.

· Ensure high level of collaboration with global retail teams to maintain strategic alignment and executional consistency for Duty free Retail.

Guarantee continuous improvement to the customer journey development for existing and new Duty Free Retail POS to meet global standards and customer needs.

Elevate Net Promoter Score at Duty Free in collaboration with CX teams.

 

Who we’re looking for:

 

· College/University Degree in Business, Economics, Management, Marketing, or similar

· Minimum 5-7 years of Retail and Marketing experience in a Domestic market or Global its required.

· Demonstrated expertise in consumer experience, project management, visual merchandising, planning, metrics / analytics within retail.

· Strategic thinking & operational management skills, problem solving and Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

· Proven track record of scoping and delivering complex projects requiring senior stakeholders’ management in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability and passion to drive change in large and complex organizations and ability to manage ambiguity, delivering under uncertainty.

· Sound leadership, collaboration / communication skills.

· Detail oriented and excellence, results focused. Biased to action and roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.

· Highly collaborative and agile ways of working.

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken

· Fluent in another language, ideally Spanish
