About the BOOST Program

Full-time internship: 35 hours/week, duration 6 months (extendable to 12)

Monthly gross stipend: 944 €

Fully funded online Master’s degree or postgraduate program

Exposure to international teams and cross-functional collaboration

Service Center Global

Join our global business services hub and contribute to the design, improvement, and execution of key operational processes. This role supports PMI’s digital transformation through analytical thinking and business optimization.

What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Data Analytics
  • Strong analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Previous experience (including academic) in data analysis, KPIs, or process design
  • Comfortable navigating digital platforms and working with cross-functional teams

Who we’re looking for:

  • Availability to start on September 8th, 2025
  • Recent graduates or students with a maximum of 9 ECTS remaining
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 or higher)
  • Valid Spanish work permit or Student Visa
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools
  • Interest in global processes, project environments, and innovation
