We’re looking for a dynamic Executive Research & AI Innovation (Senior Specialist) to join PMI’s Executive Talent Acquisition team as we modernize how leadership-level insights are generated. We’re looking for an Executive Research professional who can blend rigorous market and talent research with AI-enabled tools, AI-augmented workflows, and human-in-the-loop intelligence practices.

This isn’t an engineering role — it’s for someone who excels at Executive Research and is excited to elevate it through applied, practical AI.

Key Accountabilities:

• Deliver high-quality leadership talent, market, and competitive intelligence using AI-enabled research

• Modernize research workflows using AI-augmented processes, autonomous research agents, and workflow automation tools

• Produce actionable insights that combine human judgment with LLM-powered synthesis

• Build scalable systems for market mapping, benchmarking, and insight reporting

• Partner with Executive TA stakeholders to improve speed, quality, and consistency in leadership hiring

• Champion responsible, practical AI adoption that adds real value.

We’re looking for someone with:

1. 5–10 years in Executive Research, Talent Intelligence, or Market/Competitive Intelligence.

2. Experience improving research processes with applied generative AI, advanced prompting, or automation tools (no coding required).

3. Strong analytical skills and ability to turn complex data into crisp insights.

4. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capability

5. Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint storytelling skills

6. Curiosity, pragmatism, and a grounded understanding of where AI adds value — and where human expertise remains essential

7. Strong confidentiality, governance awareness, and judgement
