Who we are looking for?

We seek innovative, curious problem solvers with the following experience, abilities, and mindset:

• Minimum master’s degree in fields such as business, business administration, or economics, or equivalent qualification (MBA optional)
• At least 5 years of working experience in a global organization following university graduation
• Fast learners and critical thinkers who are curious and passionate about problem-solving.
• Team players who thrive in collaborative and communicative environments.
• Self-starters who have the initiative and courage to explor new ideas.
• Adaptability and the capacity to navigate dynamic market conditions effectively.
• Strong understanding of commercial insights and the ability to apply them strategically.

• Proficiency in English and the local language.
