One clear purpose - to deliver a smoke-free future.

Times are changing at PMI. We’ve chosen to do something big. The world expects us to act responsibly. And we are doing just that by transforming our business by building a smoke-free future.

With huge change, comes huge opportunity. So, wherever you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.

Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.

Purpose of the Jo

The Digital Amplification and Assets Production Specialist supports the Senior Team Lead Media Amplification, PR and Social in implementing the content strategy and asset production for all digital channels. The main objective of this role is to manage and coordinate all content to ensure consistency across all digital channels. In addition, the role implements the editorial strategy for social channels together with the agency and Content Creators, in collaboration with local and global stakeholders; contributes to the definition of the digital channels’ editorial strategy; and leads the end-to-end process of transcreation, creation, adaptation and production of content, coordinating with both the global and local agencies.

This role acts as the main point of contact between all digital channels and both local and global agencies regarding content creation. Additionally, this position requires strong coordination skills to liaise with multiple teams simultaneously, including the Brand team, to gain a first-hand understanding of each campaign, its objectives, and overall priorities. It is essential that the profile has a deep understanding of the local market and local communication styles to ensure all messages and content are culturally appropriate and relevant.

It is essential that the profile is local rather than global, as this ensures a deep understanding of the local market, audience preferences, and communication styles. A local profile can accurately interpret cultural nuances, adapt messages effectively, ensure content resonates with the target audience, and interact daily with all local teams.

Accountabilities

  1. Manage both global and local transcreation and creative agencies, acting as the final owner of all content published across digital channels, ensuring the transcreation and adaptation of messages to the local market, taking into account local communication styles and cultural nuances, as well as timely adaptation and production of assets with meticulous attention to detail to guarantee the highest quality and consistency.
  2. Foster strong relationships with all local teams, starting with Brand and continuing with each digital channel owner, while maintaining an overview of all non-digital departments (e.g., Sales) to understand the strategic importance of each campaign and identify opportunities for on- and offline synergies.
  3. Implement the content strategy and asset creation for all digital channels, including managing collaborations and plans with Content Creators/KOLs to maximize reach, coherence, and impact beyond PMI’s owned profiles.
  4. Contribute to defining and implementing the editorial strategy for digital channels to ensure communication consistency across all digital touchpoints (e.g., iqos.com, IQOSClub, CRM, etc.).
  5. Ensure full alignment between digital assets and Brand Marketing campaigns to maintain a unified brand identity.
  6. Manage budget and reporting related to digital content production and amplification.
  7. Ensure legal and corporate compliance.
  8. Native Spanish language proficiency is required to fully understand content, the market, and local needs.
