We are looking for Data Analytics Business Partners for different domains, based in Madrid (Spain).
The Business Partner – Data & Insights & Analytics for Global Travel Retail acts as a strategic connector between business teams and the data, analytics, and insights ecosystem. This role is dedicated to Global Travel Retail and is responsible for ensuring that key decisions specific to assigned pillars Smoke Free Products category, commercial/finance, and operations are consistently informed by timely, relevant, and actionable data.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Integration: Serve as the primary data and insights liaison for Global Travel Retail, deeply embedded in business projects and priorities. Understand the nuances of the travel retail environment and translate business needs into analytical opportunities
Insight-Driven Decision Support: Continuously inspect and synthesize data from multiple sources to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Deliver insights that directly inform strategic choices, commercial planning, and operational execution
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with category leads, finance, commercial teams, and operations to ensure alignment between business goals and analytical outputs. Collaborate closely with analytics and data teams to co-develop solutions
Project Engagement: Actively contribute to key business initiatives by providing data-backed perspectives. Ensure that insights are integrated into project planning, execution, and performance reviews
Data Stewardship & Advocacy: Champion data quality, consistency, and relevance across the Global Travel Retail function. Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and ensure insights are accessible and actionable.
Communication & Influence: Translate complex analytics into clear, compelling narratives tailored to diverse stakeholders. Influence decisions by framing insights in a business-relevant context.
Ideal Profile: Strong understanding of the Global Travel Retail landscape and its commercial dynamics or Retail/FMCG environments.Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage senior stakeholder relationships.Analytical mindset with experience in leveraging data to drive business impact. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively identifying insight opportunities

Skilled in transforming complex datasets into compelling, business-relevant narratives. Able to craft clear, persuasive stories that resonate with diverse audiences and drive strategic action.
Strong understanding of the Global Travel Retail landscape and its commercial dynamics
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage senior stakeholder relationships
