  • Integrate and harmonize data from multiple sources.
  • Prepare summary reports, presentations, graphs and visualizations of research findings for business stakeholders.
  • Help manage timelines, deliverables, and communications with internal stakeholders and external research agencies.
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to improve research processes and outputs.
  • Support administrative tasks related to project documentation, scheduling, and vendor management.

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a multicultural team environment.
  • Holistic, strategic thinker who shows initiative and enjoys working independently.
  • Desirable Skills (not mandatory):
    • Technical proficiency with one or more of the following tools: SQL (for data extraction, merging, and transformation), Python or R (for statistical analysis, data cleaning, and modeling), APIs (for automated data ingestion and integration from external sources).
    • Experience or interest in merging datasets, mapping variables, and data harmonization.
