Are you passionate about creating seamless digital experiences that get results? We’re looking for a CRO Lead to join our digital team and take ownership of our experimentation and optimisation strategy across our B2C websites and e-commerce platforms.

 

In this role, you’ll lead the charge in improving customer journeys, increasing conversion rates, and delivering data-driven insights that shape our digital roadmap. You’ll collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, from developers to content creators, and work closely with and external CRO agency to bring personalised, high-impact experiences to life.

 

Your day to day

  • Lead and implement a robust CRO strategy to improve key e-commerce KPIs across channels and campaigns.
  • Design and run A/B and multivariate tests, and implement personalisation strategies.
  • Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover customer needs and pain points.
  • Optimise web pages for conversion, retention, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UX and CRO goals and strategies.
  • Manage the CRO budget and ensure strong ROI.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in UX and CRO and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Support the eCommerce team with campaign promotions and website updates.
  • Present findings and recommendations to inform business decisions.

About you

  • A degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading CRO and personalisation programs in an e-commerce setting.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Target (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like ContentSquare and Google Analytics.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent time management skills.
  • A passion for digital innovation and solving business challenges through technology.
