We’re hiring a Brand Retail & Partner Stores Expansion Lead to drive the growth of our branded retail footprint—boutiques, pop-ups, islands, and partner stores. You’ll play a key role in delivering immersive consumer experiences and expanding our presence across direct and indirect retail channels.

 

Your Day to Day 

 

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term expansion strategies for branded retail aligned with market goals.
  • Lead the rollout of new retail locations, ensuring timely delivery within budget and in line with brand standards.

Retail Deployment & Project Management

  • Own the end-to-end deployment program for each new store opening, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure smooth handover of new stores to operational teams post-launch, including hypercare support.

Partner Engagement & Business Development

  • Identify and evaluate new business partner opportunities for IQOS experiential stores.
  • Negotiate trading agreements that support commercial and operational objectives.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all new retail locations meet global SOPs and local operational standards.
  • Collaborate with category and commercial teams to ensure campaigns, tools, and services are in place for successful launches.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with teams across commercial planning, trade marketing, finance, legal, and field force to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with global Brand Retail teams to share best practices and align on strategy.

Compliance & Budget Management

  • Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and ensure all activities meet legal and internal compliance standards.
  • Build and manage deployment budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, PO management, and cost control.
 

 

About you

 

  • Proven experience in managing the rollout of new retail locations, ideally in a branded or experiential retail environment. You understand what it takes to deliver high-impact consumer spaces from concept to launch.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. You’re comfortable working with timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Ability to align retail expansion plans with broader business goals. You can see the big picture while managing the details that make a difference.
  • You’re confident working with internal teams and external partners, building trust and alignment across diverse groups.
  • Experience in identifying retail locations, negotiating lease terms and commercial agreements, and managing vendor relationships.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding consumer experiences. You think from the customer’s perspective and strive to create engaging, accessible, and inclusive retail environments.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change. You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and resilient in the face of challenges.
  • A collaborative approach that values diverse perspectives. You’re open-minded, respectful, and committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
