We're looking for a Sr. Manager Strategic Partnership SFP Products in Lausanne to drive a win-win partnership between PMI and the Business Partner, within the international commercialization of partner Smoke-Free product (SFP) platforms.

Impact You'll Own

• Act as the main contact point for Business Partner regarding portfolio, projects and contractual requirements
• Contribute to SFP Innovation Strategy, Portfolio and Roadmap definition
• Launch new products and follow through product life cycle, from planning to execution, including performance monitoring

What You'll Do

• Ensure synergies with the Partner and PMI internally stakeholders

• Drive projects/workstreams execution across Partner and internal teams
• Engage with cross-functional teams, Senior Management and the Partner, ensuring effective communication across Organization layers
• Ensure delivery of partnership metrics (quarterly internal reporting, performance) and contractual obligations

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Innovation
• Demonstrated experience in cross-region collaboration/engagement/negotiation/influencing, internally and externally
• Critical Thinking, Consumer & Market Understanding/Research/Data Analysis, Problem Solving, Strategic Vision/Planning, Category & Portfolio Knowledge, Audience Segmentation, Product Development, Innovation Management
• Presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) at Executive level
