For our External Affairs team in Lausanne, Switzerland, we are looking for a Senior Manager EA Planning & Transformation, who will provide support to the Director EA Planning & Governance in developing and transforming the EA function in a more business and data driven organization, while ensuring the buy-in and adoption of the stakeholders involved and managing change during the transformation phase.  

To deliver against this ambition, the candidate will rely on successful experiences in Strategy, Business Transformation, Organizational Effectiveness and/or Operational Excellence. 

Principal accountabilities: 

Business Transformation: Lead and manage large-scale transformation projects to drive EA organizational change and improve EA business performance. Develop and implement strategies & tactics incorporating inputs from the key stakeholders, to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. 

Organizational Effectiveness: Assess organizational maturity and propose organizational evolutions to simplify and fluidify collaboration, while increasing organizational efficiency, reliability and agility ensuring the engagement and support of Leadership of the function. 

Operational Excellence: Build and lead the deployment of a business excellence model across EA to build people capabilities and bring sustainability in the way of working. Continuously redesign and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of critical business processes to deliver business impact. 

Business Process Improvement: Continuously review and integrate best practices in functional operations to ensure they are shared and adopted across the organization. Utilize data-driven approaches to identify business risks, opportunities, and trends. 

Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices. Provide clear and precise executive communication to synthesize findings and drive decision-making. Embark the Leadership of the function in all transformation projects, ensuring their buy-in, from the co-creation & involvement in the implementation of the impacted teams, to the adoption of the proposed solutions. 

We’re looking for someone with: 

• Education - Master’s Degree or MBA 

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in strategic planning, business transformation, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence  

• Proven experiences in project-management and change management is a must 

• Management consulting experiences leading business transformation programs in complex matrix organizations with change impact analysis is a strong plus 

• Strong understanding of culture & mindset development, as well as sociology of organizations is a plus
