We have a new Sr Manager Retail Deployment vacancy in OC and we are searching for someone who will lead and manage the global Brand Retail deployment ecosystem rollout, ensuring the consistent implementation of BR standards across all formats, including Direct Stores, IQOS Partner stores, and Global Duty Free.

Impact You’ll Own

Lead the deployment of global BR formats (Boutiques, Islands, Outdoor Units, Temporary Activations, Pop-Ups, and support the Global Duty Free (GDF) Serve as the primary stakeholder coordinating across central functions, markets, and global suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration and an end-to-end deployment process. Drive alignment among all parties to enable efficient, scalable, and high-quality execution of Brand Retail formats, while ensuring compliance with brand standards, project timelines, and budget requirements.                                                                                         

 What You’ll Do

Deliver Brand Retail ecosystem coverage objectives in line with Long Range Planning commitments. Accountable for delivering deployment roadmaps and annual plans on time, ensuring prioritization of investments and deployment activities to maximize coverage growth and business impact.

Drive the continuous optimization of BR deployment processes, ensuring all vendors are aligned with updated ways of working, governance, and execution standards. Lead deployment performance, including execution costs, delivery timelines across all markets. Lead the global supplier network to ensure adequate deployment capacity, foster strategic partnerships, and drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and service excellence. Establish and communicate clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making frameworks (RACI) for all stakeholders.

Skills & Capabilities  

Master Degree in Business in Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design

Management Demonstrated experience in product and material development, industrialization, process optimization, project management

Experience in retail infrastructure deployment and execution (premium segment).

Experience and cultural understanding of global markets and consumer behavior. 

Strong leadership skills  and communication skills.

Technical experience of architectural retail development required, including: millwork and material expertise, architectural and blueprint Literacy with deep understanding of MEP, zoning laws and permitting 

Extensive experience in Sourcing and Supplier management , global shipping logistics (furniture, General Contractors, local architects, global vendors: furniture, music, lighting)
