We are an international and collaborative team focused on understanding how regulatory, political and societal developments may affect our business and the broader policy environment. You’ll join a team that values curiosity, critical thinking and fresh perspectives.

Your day to day

As a Regulatory Policy Intern, you will:

  • Maintain regulatory trackers, databases and country overviews, ensuring information is accurate and well structured.
  • Conduct desk research and comparative analysis to identify trends, emerging issues and relevant country examples.
  • Prepare concise regulatory summaries, briefings, presentations and reports.
  • Support evidence packages and policy narratives by identifying relevant sources, data and examples.
  • Use digital and AI-enabled tools to support research and analysis, while validating sources and outputs.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Policy and cross-functional colleagues on projects and emerging priorities.
  • Present research findings and key insights to stakeholders.

You’ll be encouraged to work independently, think critically, ask questions and bring new ideas while gaining hands-on experience in global regulatory policy.

Who we are looking for

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, public policy, political science, international relations, economics, public health, data/social sciences or another relevant discipline.
  • Strong interest in regulatory policy, public affairs, government affairs or political and societal developments.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize complex information and communicate findings clearly in written and visual formats.
  • Comfortable using PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Familiarity with digital research, data visualization or AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
  • Previous exposure to policy research, regulatory analysis, public affairs, law, consulting or a highly regulated sector is an advantage.
  • Curious, proactive and collaborative, with the ability to work in an international environment.
  • Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • EU and non-EU nationals may apply, subject to applicable work-authorization requirements.

What we offer

  • Exposure to cross-market regulatory developments and evidence-based policy work.
  • Experience turning research and data into concise materials for business and policy stakeholders.
  • Opportunities to collaborate across functions, regions and markets.
