 About the role

As a Portfolio Intern, you will work at the heart of the Oral category strategy, supporting decisions that shape the product portfolio across its full lifecycle — from launches and range evolution to performance optimization.

This six-month internship is designed for curious, ambitious students or graduates who want real ownership, exposure to strategic marketing decisions, and a steep learning curve in a fast-moving business environment. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders in Marketing and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience in how data, strategy and execution come together in a growing category.

What you will do

You will be trusted with meaningful work and encouraged to take ownership from day one:

• Own and develop portfolio analyses by tracking performance, identifying trends and translating data into clear business insights.
• Prepare high-visibility materials (presentations, dashboards, recommendations) used in portfolio reviews and management decision-making.
• Actively contribute to portfolio initiatives such as product launches, range optimization and innovation projects.
• Support the team in turning data into decisions, ensuring accuracy, clarity and a strong business narrative.
• Get exposure to broader marketing projects, including brand campaigns and brand engagement initiatives.
• Participate in ad-hoc strategic projects, adapting to evolving priorities and learning how to operate in an agile environment.

Who we are looking for

You are motivated by learning, impact and growth, and you bring both curiosity and structure to your work:

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Available from August 2026 to February 2027
• Languages : English mandatory and German knowledge is strongly valued. French and Italian are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint (you enjoy making data tell a story).
• Proactive, curious and eager to grow, not afraid to ask questions or take initiative.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong motivation to grow in a cross-functional, international environment and develop competencies aligned with high-potential career pathways.
