We are looking for a Manager Internal Communications FTC, who will develop and deliver internal communication plans that support leadership, business, functional, and change initiatives. The role creates engaging content, manages internal communication channels, and delivers employee engagement activities, including town halls, webcasts, and events. Working closely with leaders and subject matter experts, the role ensures clear, consistent, and timely communication that drive understanding, engagement, and alignment across the organization.

Key Accountabilities

ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Provides guidance, coaching, and training in their area of expertise to employees across the company.
  • Creates short- to mid-term operational plans for their work.
  • Drive function-level projects and initiatives focused on developing and implementing new processes or standards.

KNOW-HOW

  • Thinks ahead of what needs communicating and how.
  • Promotes practices important for the function, both within and outside of it.

PROBLEM SOLVING & COMPLEXITY

  • Responsible for changes in processes, systems, or products.
  • Requires a strong understanding of the business, strong problem solving skills and the ability to improve end-to-end solutions.

 

What we are looking for:

  1. Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications.
  2. Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
  3. Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, with experience working with senior leaders.
  4. Experience developing and delivering communication plans to support business priorities and organizational change.
  5. Ability to create engaging content across multiple communication channels and formats.
  6. Experience managing internal communication platforms and employee engagement activities.
  7. Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  8. Proactive problem solver with strong business acumen and a continuous improvement mindset.
  9. Experience in a complex, matrixed, or multinational organization is desirable.
