You Will:
- Translate global category and brand strategies into a global communication strategy, impactful creative concepts and toolboxes with master and channels assets for the online/offline touchpoints for VEEV initiatives while making sure MC integration is possible
- Define the brand communication and messaging framework per initiative, ensuring relevant, impactful and consistent messages and assets for the target audience and across the consumer journey by partnering with different streams owners to ensure qualitive and efficient development (Design, Brand Engagement, CX, Category, Commercial & deployment, STUDIO and markets)
- Develop and propose small to mid-size product campaigns based on the brand & product calendar that can bring to live the category and brand strategies considering channels, programs/services, consumer & brand engagement, occasional marketing and multicategory integration
- Propose MVP campaigns (toolkits) and messaging to address business opportunities and/ or to strengthen brand image/visibility with the objective to increase consumer value and category & brand KPIs.
- Contribute to build strong product & consumables pipeline by defining the product consumer promise & positioning, the naming architecture, descriptors and descriptions of both, new devices and flavors in close collaboration with category, product development, flavorists and Brand and Design teams.
- Set the execution guidelines for local deployment of the product campaigns developed. Guiding markets and transcreation teams in a globally consistent and locally effective localization of the toolboxes. Guidelines, that should also include planogramming, will be developed in collaboration with the omnichannel experience and commercial teams while building strong relationship with key markets and regions, to enrich and improve end results and ensure relevancy.
- Leverage consumer insights and analytics to understand category/consumers/target audiences, analyze brand performance metrics to develop and adapt communication/messages strategies addressing potential gaps, key pain-points and identify business opportunities
- Stay up to date on category trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure product and brand communications and messages remain differentiating, ownable, and relevant to consumers and business objectives.
- Set clear KPIs for toolboxes, monitor progress to identify any gaps/issues/opportunities and proposing corrective actions when necessary. Provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence of all communication strategies Marketing Code and STF product claims catalogue. Manage commercial, creative and design reviews of all the projects under the scope.
