We are now searching for a new team member to join our team as Director Building and Utilities!

In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting some of PMI's most vital factory investments globally, ensuring ambitious targets are defined and delivered aligned to our multi-category production, sustainability and commercial objectives.

You will lead a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary team with Environmental, Civil and Utilities Engineering in scope. You will share your expertise across the organization through training initiatives and deploy advanced supplier management capabilities to support bidding evaluations and program delivery.

Impact You'll Own

•            Define and lead the strategy for environmental engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational sustainability and business goals

•            Oversee the development and execution of innovative utilities technology programs to achieve state-of-the-art sustainability performance across manufacturing.

•            Address complex challenges by leveraging cross-functional expertise, advanced analytics, innovation and cutting-edge technology to enhance environmental performance and improve energy and sustainability footprints.

Skills and Capabilities

•            Expertise across FMCG Greenfield and Brownfield Manufacturing Projects

•            Mastery of Environmental, Civil, or Utilities Engineering with advanced educational qualifications

•            Industry recognized certifications and memberships

•            Excellent ability to share knowledge and expertise through design, development and delivery of structured training

•            Technology scouting and evidence of implementation of innovative technologies

•            Strategic vision and critical thinking skills

•            Data-driven decision making and problem-solving capabilities

•            Process design and optimisation

•            Energy, water and waste management expertise
