We are looking for a Corporate Affairs Integrated Campaigns Manager, who will be a key strategic leader within the organization, responsible for driving impactful Corporate Affairs initiatives and campaigns, including societal acceptance, corporate equity, and regulatory campaigns. You will bring a wealth of experience, strategic insight, and leadership capability to the role, ensuring that our efforts are effective, innovative, and aligned with our organizational goals.
Your day to day:
- You’ll develop an in-depth understanding of all policy areas within the organization and the core messages and strategies of the CA function with the aim of communicating these to key political partners.
- Integrated Campaign Management: oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of integrated campaigns across online and offline channels, including societal acceptance, corporate equity, and regulatory campaigns. Ensure campaigns are data-driven, with clear rationales for strategy, partner selection, design, execution, and reporting.
- Performance Optimization and Innovation: hold the responsibility for the performance and outcomes of public affairs campaigns. Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, optimization, and the introduction of innovative solutions and ideas.
- Stakeholder Coordination and Collaboration: coordinate and manage the efforts of internal teams, external agencies, and consultants. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving campaign goals.
- Opportunity Identification and Development: proactively identify and develop new opportunities for CA campaigns. Collaborate closely with CA and Scientific engagement colleagues to ensure campaigns support broader organizational objectives and member needs.
- Technical Proficiency and Policy Communication: develop a deep understanding of complex policy issues affecting the industry. Translate technical and intricate policy matters into clear, impactful messages and strategic action plans.
We’re looking for someone with:
Educational Background: Advanced degree in Communication, Public Affairs, Political Science, or a related field is preferred.
Extensive Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in public affairs, advocacy, or a related field, with a track record of leading successful campaigns in a major corporation, issue advocacy organization, consultancy, or political organization.
Analytical and Strategic Acumen: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to integrate diverse data sources to produce compelling insights. Deep interest and expertise in politics, with the capability to identify and leverage politically significant data points.
Outstanding Communication and Leadership Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage high-level stakeholders. Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating teams.
Advanced Project Management and Execution: Demonstrated excellence in project management, with the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects under pressure. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Expertise in Digital and Traditional Media: Extensive experience with both digital and traditional media strategies, leveraging these platforms to achieve strategic public affairs objectives.
Innovative and Forward-Thinking: A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for innovation and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities in the public affairs landscape.
