Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.

Purpose of the job:

As a Sr Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted finance partner to the business, supporting growth through data analytics, financial modeling, and integrated planning. You will provide decision support based on reliable financial insights, help prioritize objectives, and ensure financial plans and reporting accurately reflect business priorities and future-state performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure reliable financial planning and maintain the integrity and consistency of financial statements.
  • Translate strategic priorities into integrated operational and financial plans that support business objectives.
  • Provide forward-looking financial insights on market conditions, competitive dynamics, and alternative business scenarios.
  • Support cross-functional alignment of business plans by identifying gaps, overlaps, and dependencies, and contributing to their resolution.
  • Actively support the rollout of new products by providing financial analysis, insights, and planning support.
  • Analyze and interpret the macro-economic environment and assess its impact on business performance.
  • Support effective data governance at the local level, ensuring alignment with company standards and data integrity.
  • Autonomously support business teams by delivering reliable financial planning and decision support.
  • Facilitate collaboration across functions to implement integrated financial plans that support short-term and mid-term business priorities.

Accountability:

  • Deliver autonomous, high-quality financial planning and analysis while safeguarding the integrity of financial data and reporting.
  • Act as a finance partner to the business, enabling informed decisions through reliable insights and scenario analysis.
  • Support the execution of integrated financial plans through effective coordination of cross-functional inputs.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient level of English both written and spoken.
