We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.
Purpose of the Job
Account Management/Key Accounts work focuses on medium to long-term planning and face-to-face or digital selling of a variety of products, services and/or solutions across multiple lines of business for a defined group of existing clients including:
- Developing medium to long-range sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with a defined group of existing customers Identifying and managing interactions with assigned group of existing customers to identify cross/up and repeat sales opportunities
- Resolving problems and ensuring customers receive high quality customer service
- Developing client retention and growth plans and strategies for developing profitable business with assigned accounts Reviewing and reporting on customer retention, business opportunity and market trends Incumbents in this specialization may be selling directly to the ultimate purchaser or indirectly through channel partners. Incumbents matching to this specialization are compensated based on achievement of sales targets.
Accountability
Offers guidance and support to entry-level professionals and support staff.
Sets own plans for how to tackle assigned tasks. May contribute to projects as a team member.
Know-how
Works with stakeholders on operational issues by explaining facts related to their direct area of work.
Problem Solving & Complexity
Uses established procedures and past experience to analyze and solve problems, and to improve current methods. Requires understanding of the context of related job areas.
Who are we looking for
•University degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or similar.
•Fluency in English (at least C1).
•5+ years of Experience in a Commercial role.
•Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel.
•Ability to work under targets and with deadline.
•Valid EU work permit and driving license held at least for 1 year.
