Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.

 

Purpose of the job:

Reporting to the Senior Team Lead RTM, the specialist RTM will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to effectively deliver multicategory targets across commercial organization. As part of Commercial Planning Team, she/he will design, develop and oversee strategies to optimize / increase: 1. Market share growth, 2. Sales efficiency & 3. Cost reduction.
 
Principal Accountabilities
 
Accountability 1:
CUSTOMER SEGMENTATION, KPIs & TARGETS: Segment customers based on various criteria (volume, municipality, growth potential, investment…) to tailor strategies effectively. Enineering and monitoring a set of multicategory KPIs and quarterly targets across all commercial channels and streams, to effectively drive the commercial organization towards business objectives.
 
Accountability 2:
PROCESS STANDARDIZATION & COMMERCIAL TOOLS: Standardize processes to improve efficiency and consistency in operations. Contribution to the rollout and continuous improvement of salesforce-based and other commercial tools, to support commercial streams in executing their tasks.
 
Accountability 3:
INCENTIVE SCHEMES: definition of optimal incentive schemes to drive commercial streams in reaching quantitative and qualitative results, their effective monitoring and fine tuning during the period.
Accountability 4:
GEOGRAPHICAL ORGANIZATION: contribution in planning and definition of optimal resource allocation for all commercial streams in evolving geographical areas, streams and channels evolution according to business priorities.
 
Accountability 5:
REPORTING: Field performance tracking & reporting, including performance visualization tools (e.g. Power BI), to facilitate management decision making process and guarantee a recognized source of information.
 
Accountability 6: 
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: oversee and manage projects related to commercial force, from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. This includes defining project scope, goals, and deliverables; developing detailed project plans; allocating resources; tracking progress; identifying and managing risks; and ensuring effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
 
Accountability 7: 
BUDGET MANAGEMENT: Contibute to the allocation and optimization of commercial budget by channel and streams to reach commercial targets; budget tracking & ROI analysis; guidelines respect monitoring and validation.

 
Who we are looking for:
- 5+ years of Experience in Sales or Commercial Teams.
- English C1 (Business level)
- Degree in Maths, Economics, Engineering or related field
- Strong Communication and presentation skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Package, Power BI will be a plus.
- Customer and problem-solving orientation
