Position Title:  Senior People & Culture Specialist - Commercial

We are looking for a Senior People & Culture Specialist, who will act as a trusted P&C partner to the Commercial organization, driving strategic people initiatives and enabling a high‑performing, consumer‑centric culture. The role supports Commercial leadership teams in building organizational capabilities, ensuring a healthy talent pipeline, and strengthening leadership effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Sr. Manager P&C Commercial in:

•                  Strategic P&C Partnership: Translate global and market P&C strategies into Commercial-specific actions.

•                  Talent Management & Workforce Planning: Deploy talent strategy, manage pipeline and succession.

•                  Leadership & Performance Culture: Coach managers, reinforce PMI leadership behaviors

•                  Employee Experience & Engagement: Strengthen employee relations and engagement.

•                  Employee Lifecycle Support: Advise managers across hiring, onboarding, development, performance.

•                  Change & Transformation Support: Support transformation programs and change management.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

•                  3+ years HR/P&C or Commercial experience.

•                  Strong understanding of core P&C disciplines.

•                  Experience with Commercial/Field Sales is a plus.

•                  Strong coaching, influencing, analytical skills.

•                  Excellent Ukrainian and English.

•                  University degree in Business/HR/Psychology.
