Position Title:  POSM Development Executive

We are looking for a POSM Development Executive. You will be responsible delivery and installation in retail stores to ensure premium brand image, maintenance POSM in stores, facilitating other service tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading national projects: technical task preparation and verification, commercial offers collection and challenging, process control and document closing.
• Interviewing & support for Own-Tech candidates.
• Mobile phones, tool box and spare parts orders.
• Own-Tech OPI calculation.
• Service budget full control and P&L alignment
• Support of difficult regional requests though commutation with vendors.
• POSMART new updates initiation and coordination
• Learning sessions for technicians and coordinators + induction facilitation.
• Own-Tech new development & launches.
• Weekly update meetings with regions facilitation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration – Regional team, Key Account, Logistics, Procurement building
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

Hard skills:

• Advanced knowledge about material types and service.
• Tender process understanding.
• Ukrainian - Fluent, English – as plus.
• PC skills (Excel, Power point).
• Driving licence – category B.
