Your day to day

  • Oversee and manage the P&ED (HR Services) Team in managing personnel administration, benefits and payroll tasks, including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Drive efficiency in processes, collaborating with People & Culture, Legal, Finance and other teams while ensuring compliance with all local regulations as well as all statutory reporting
  • Develop and implement P&ED guidelines and procedures, showcasing a strong knowledge of labor and military laws to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Design and optimize processes, leveraging experience in continuous improvement methodologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience
  • Manage vendor relationships ensuring effective partnerships, and act as a point of contact for complex employee matters, providing guidance on escalated issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor, military and immigration laws, ensuring the company's adherence to regulations in all locations
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment within the P&ED team, demonstrating good people management capabilities

About you

  • Proven experience in Personnel Administration, Benefits and Payroll processes, with a minimum of 5 years in the area
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor and military laws
  • Strong experience in process design and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proven experience in vendor management
  • Comfort and expertise in stakeholder management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Good leadership and team management skills
  • Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, law or a related field
