Your impact:

  • Build and own the growth and acquisition strategy: from awareness to conversion.
  • Design and optimize consumer journeys and funnels using data, feedback, and experimentation.
  • Identify and solve business problems through insight-driven action.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives in marketing, product, field ops, and beyond.
  • Scale high-performing programs with measurable ROI.
  • Build and develop a high-functioning growth team.
  • Drive vendor and partner performance aligned with business goals.
  • Track KPIs, analyze results, and implement continuous improvements.

  • Proven experience in product, tech, or consumer growth roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and leadership.
  • Deep understanding of acquisition tactics and performance marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for experimentation and learning.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
