- Build and own the growth and acquisition strategy: from awareness to conversion.
- Design and optimize consumer journeys and funnels using data, feedback, and experimentation.
- Identify and solve business problems through insight-driven action.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in marketing, product, field ops, and beyond.
- Scale high-performing programs with measurable ROI.
- Build and develop a high-functioning growth team.
- Drive vendor and partner performance aligned with business goals.
- Track KPIs, analyze results, and implement continuous improvements.
You bring:
- Proven experience in product, tech, or consumer growth roles.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and leadership.
- Deep understanding of acquisition tactics and performance marketing.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for experimentation and learning.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
