Position Title: CRM Lead (Acquisition)

Philip Morris Ukraine is looking for a CRM Lead.
Job Purpose: Lead customer acquisition for CRM and digital channels. This role involves developing and implementing a yearly plan for new leads. Creating and maintaining lead generation flows and finding new source and channels of colleting LAS to CC Data Base. Understand LAS touchpoints and prepare tools for lead generation flow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure acquisition of customers to CRM digital channels.
• Develop a yearly acquire plan that aligns with company expectations.
• Activate new channels and find new sources for leads.
• Create acquiring flows for digital platforms.
• Maintain existing flows and improve user experience.
• Work with agencies and global teams to create assets.
• Prepare briefs and motivation programs for hostess and shop assistant.
• Analyse the effectiveness of each lead channel.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience in acquiring leads and understanding customer needs.
• Strong understanding of lead generating process.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyse data and measure the effectiveness of efforts.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with design platforms (Figma, Canva)
• English Upper Intermediate.
