Join the Business Intelligence team within Data Insights and Analytics Ukraine and help transform data into meaningful business decisions. In this role, you will shape reporting and dashboard solutions used across Commercial functions, ensuring reliable insights, strong data governance, and business-focused analytics that support our smoke-free transformation.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into reporting requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of KPIs, metrics, and reporting outputs.
  • Analyze business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and communicate actionable insights.
  • Support regular local and global reporting cycles, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and other teams to improve data availability and reporting efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process optimization across reporting flows.

Skills & Capabilities

Must Have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or related functions.
  • Advanced Power BI skills, including dashboard design, visualization best practices, and DAX.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing reporting processes and business performance metrics.
  • Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and business-friendly manner.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Experience with Snowflake or modern cloud data platforms.
  • Experience with reporting automation tools, Power Automate, or AI-enabled productivity solutions.
  • Experience working in multinational organizations.
  • Knowledge of forecasting, statistical analysis, or advanced analytics methodologies.
