RISE TO THE CHALLENGE

Philip Morris Kuwait is looking for a Manager SFP-eVape & Oral to join the team. As a Manager SFP-eVape & Oral, you will be part of the Commercial Operations team, reporting to Manager SFP.

Manager SFP-eVape & Oral role is responsible for leading endtoend brand and project management for the SFP portfolio in Kuwait, driving consumercentric growth through robust insights, disciplined performance tracking, and identification of new opportunities. The role is accountable for translating strategy into execution, ensuring brand objectives are met, and contributing to broader regional and business priorities through strong crossfunctional collaboration.

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

Brand & Category Strategy 

-Co Create and execute comprehensive brand and category strategies, grounded in market dynamics, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence.

-Own the annual and midterm brand plans, ensuring alignment with regional direction while tailoring execution to local market needs.

-Drive integrated marketing initiatives across the full consumer journey to build equity, accelerate trial, and support sustainable growth

 

Consumer & Market Insights

-Lead the analysis of consumer behavior, attitudes, and usage patterns to inform brand strategy, innovation priorities, and activation plans.

-Convert insights into clear recommendations and actionable initiatives. Work closely with insights, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging, strong brand storytelling, and effective inmarket execution.

Performance Management & ROI

-Own performance tracking, including KPI definition, campaign effectiveness, and commercial impact.

-Identify gaps and growth opportunities, prioritize actions, and drive continuous improvement.

- Ensure monthly ROI assessments are conducted, clearly communicated, and used to optimize future investment and execution decisions.

Channel & Activation Excellence

- Explore, test, and scale new and existing channels to enhance awareness, engagement, and conversion. 

-Lead innovative activation approaches across digital, retail, and experiential touchpoints, ensuring compliance while maximizing impact.

-Continuously evaluate channel effectiveness and adapt strategies to changing consumer behaviors

Cycle Planning & Execution

-Work hand by hand with Cluster brand team for cycle planning across LPEs, promotions, and new launches ensuring flawless execution and strong cross‑functional alignment.

-Coordinate closely with sales, supply, and regional teams to deliver timely launches, impactful promotional calendars, and clear postcycle evaluations to feed into future planning

 

 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • University degree from a relevant discipline
  •  5+ years in Brand Deployment, Consumer Journey and Project Management with solid understanding of brand management & deployment
  • Fluency in English (Spoken & Written), Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to fluidly collaborate & communicate with people across all levels of the organization
  • Strong financial acumen with supported by advanced analytical skills
  • End to end project management skills and coordination proficiency of complex projects within cross-functional teams
  • Strong internal & external stakeholder management
  • Ability to Engage and influence key stakeholders
