RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
Philip Morris Management Kuwait is looking for an Integrated Business Planning (IBP ) Senior Executive to join the team. As an IBP Senior Executive, you will be part of the Trade Marketing team, reporting to the Manager IBP.
IBP Senior Executive role is responsible for leading the market Integrated Business Planning process to deliver an aligned demand plan approved by the Market Management team. The role provides insights and recommendations based on market strategies and commercial activities, drives stakeholder alignment, supports new planning processes and supply chain initiatives, and ensures effective demand-supply balance, inventory management, product availability, and new product planning while identifying risks and opportunities and recommending actions.
YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
Integrated Business Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the market IBP process with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Business Planning teams.
- Build and maintain the demand forecast using market trends, launches, and key demand drivers.
- Align demand and supply plans, monitor product availability, and support inventory optimization.
- Track forecast performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to close gaps.
- Run scenario analysis to support decisions on pricing, campaigns, competition, and other business factors.
Systems & Process Improvement
- Ensure timely IBP submissions in line with the global calendar.
- Maintain KPIs, identify root causes, and drive improvement actions.
- Support continuous improvement of supply chain planning processes and tools.
Budget Management
- Support budgeting and target-setting through accurate forecasting.
Compliance, Confidentiality & EHS
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality requirements, local legislation, and company policies.
- Follow EHS rules, complete required training, and use protective equipment as needed.
- Maintain a safe and orderly work environment, report issues, and support risk reduction actions.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG or Electronics across Supply Chain, Business Planning, Sales Strategy, or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of IBP/S&OP processes, forecasting, and demand planning.
- Experience with SAP and planning tools such as E2open, O9, or Kinaxis is a plus.
- Strong analytical, project management, and Microsoft Office skills.
- APICS certification and Arabic language skills are preferred
- Candidate must have a valid Kuwait transferable residency
