An accelerated development journey for professionals with 3–4 years of professional experience — structured rotations across key commercial functions, leading to a permanent role in our Commercial team.

Who We're Looking For

• Graduate of a reputable University
• Up to 4 years' experience in a multinational environment
• Background in Commercial Planning, Sales Operations, Route-to-Market, Trade Marketing, Field Sales or Commercial Excellence
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder skills
• Curious, agile and energised by fast-paced change
• Candidate must be currently based in Kuwait with valid residency and valid Kuwait driving license
