Key accountabilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities for analytical lab team within established procedures in order to continuously provide analysis and testing results in an accurate and timely manner as well as to ensure that PMI requirements and ISO standards (including ISO17025) are met.
Ensure that all activities are performed with calibrated instrument and validated methods and in compliance with the Quality System and regulations.
Lead and or support initiatives and cross-functional projects related to the Quality of products and systems in order to continuously support the innovation and the performance of the manufacturing site.
Consistently apply OPEN+ standards.
Ensure that the Batch Realease process is applied as per PMI requirements

University degree in chemistry or a related field
Work experience in a quality department and team leadership
Communicative level of Czech and English
Conceptual and analytical thinking, independence, attention to detail, team collaboration
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment
Strong communication skills (not afraid to communicate with top management), ability to work under stress, and to make independent decisions
