Position Title:  Project Engineer - VERTICAL START UP LEAD

Our team is responsible for support of production to deliver the goods in quality that is requested by our consumer, in line with our internal procedures and legislation.

VERTICAL START UP LEAD

As vertical start up lead, you will be part of our Manufacturing department for Philip Morris ČR a.s.
key responsibilities will be to identify, manage and lead projects according to our initiative management methodology in line with the safety, quality , cost, and productivity requirements.
You will contribute to the long and midterm factory s strategy : select and define the projects’ scope , assign the stream lead and follow up on the proper plan execution and potential escalation needed to the steering committee.

You will be the contact point between all internal stakeholders, making sure that all priorities are clear, aligned and communicated, ensuring that all losses are addressed in a timely manner to avoid any projects delay.

You will lead the critical projects and be the main contact for the external stakeholders, seeking for a constant alignment between all parties in term of project scope & execution.

You will be the reference in term of methodology implementation to the manufacturing team, making sure that the teams are building capabilities.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• University degree Business Admin, Engineering, Economics
• Appropriate work experience (3-5 years’) in production area within FMCG, pharmaceutical or similar industry of which at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Fluent English and Czech/Slovak (everyday communication verbal and written)
• Project management
• Conceptual and analytical way of thinking, independence, detailed oriented, teamwork
• Willingness to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• MS Office knowledge (Excel - Pivot tables, Advanced formulas)
