As Manager Factory Logistics, you will lead warehousing and internal logistics operations, ensuring seamless material flow, optimal inventory management, safety compliance, and efficient service delivery across the factory logistics network. 

Your day-to-day 

In this role, you will: 

• Lead all factory warehousing and internal logistics activities, including materials, spare parts and finished goods management. 

• Ensure uninterrupted flow of materials to manufacturing and effective support of production and distribution operations. 

• Manage logistics service providers (LSPs), monitor performance against SLAs, and drive continuous improvement. 

• Optimize warehouse capacity utilization, inventory management practices, and logistics costs. 

• Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with factory and business objectives. 

• Drive productivity, operational excellence, and process improvements through data-driven decision making and OPEN+ methodologies. 

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, security, and regulatory requirements. 

• Manage departmental budget, performance metrics, and operational targets. 

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing logistics team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 

We are looking for someone with 

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commerce, IT, or a related field. 

• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics. 

• Proven people leadership experience in a manufacturing or operations environment. 

• Strong stakeholder management and supplier management capabilities. 

• Experience working with logistics service providers and warehouse operations. 

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. 

• Fluency in English; Czech language skills are an advantage. 

• Strong knowledge of warehousing processes, inventory management, and operational excellence methodologies.
