About the role
As Engineering Manager, you will lead the Engineering function and play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for engineering projects, capital investments, facilities management, and the development of a high-performing engineering team, while driving operational excellence and supporting business growth.
Your responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the Engineering team to achieve business and operational objectives.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards while fostering a strong safety culture.

Manage engineering investments and capital projects from planning and design through execution and delivery.

Prepare and oversee engineering budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost control.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, sustainability, and operational performance.

Ensure manufacturing equipment and facilities remain up to date with company standards and industry best practices.

Partner closely with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and regional engineering teams to support business priorities and strategic initiatives.

Promote engineering standardization, change management, and implementation of new technologies and automation solutions.
What we're looking for

University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Civil Engineering, or related fields).

10+ years of engineering experience within manufacturing or industrial environments, including experience leading teams.

Proven track record of successfully delivering capital investment and engineering projects.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and continuous improvement practices.

Experience managing budgets and working with multiple stakeholders across functions.

Fluent English communication skills.

Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
Nice to have

Experience with manufacturing automation and facility management.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project.

Experience working in a multinational manufacturing environment.
