Position Title:  Inženýr odd. kvality (QMS)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the improvement and/or maintenance of local Quality Management System (QMS) with related procedures in alingment with QMS Compliance and Central Quality.   Coordinate audits of the QMS.
• Provide training and methodological support to employees to ensure the integrity of the QMS. Consistently apply OPEN+ standards of working.
• Owner of factory DMS (Document Management System) in Veeva system
• Ensure a strong partnership with internal/external stakeholders, support all factory functions
• Promote and apply all rules concerning PMI Quality enviroment, health and safety

YOU SHOULD HAVE/BE/KNOW:

• University degree in Chemistry, Administration, or technical area.
• 1-2 years’ experience in Manufacturing/Operations environment, preferably in multinational companies.
• Experience in Quality Assurance, Production, Management Control, Lean Manufacturing.
• Good understanding of the manufacturing processes at a theoretical and practical level.
• Good MS Excel and Power BI skills
• Fluency in English and Czech/Slovak language.
• ISO 90001 knowledge
• VEEVA system knowledge (DMS, QMS, LMS) - advantage
