About the role
We are looking for a Supervisor Process Support who will play a critical role in driving operational excellence in our manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will lead, develop, and organize all activities related to process support, maintenance, and asset performance—ensuring reliable and efficient production aligned with factory goals.
In this role, you will be a key driver of performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development. You will actively contribute to building a strong, high-performing team while ensuring a safe, compliant, and continuously improving production environment. Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all process support, maintenance, and asset performance activities to ensure stable operations and achievement of production targets.
- Ensure full compliance with internal and legal standards related to environment, health, safety, and sustainability, while fostering a proactive and interdependent safety culture.
- Drive quality performance in close collaboration with Quality Assurance and other stakeholders to reduce non-conformities and safeguard product integrity.
- Optimize equipment reliability and maintenance execution based on asset risk profiles to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Plan and support special production processes, including new product introductions, equipment installation, commissioning, start-up, and training.
- Act as a role model in applying OPEN+ / IOS ways of working, using structured problem-solving tools and the Learn–Do–Teach methodology to eliminate losses.
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed according to agreed plans and strategies, while strengthening operator and technician capabilities through knowledge transfer and autonomous maintenance.
- Manage technical budgets and operating plans, ensuring cost control, productivity delivery, and effective use of maintenance resources and spare parts.
- Coach, develop, and empower your team through daily management systems, building technical competence, accountability, and ownership.
- Drive strong cross-functional collaboration by effectively communicating priorities, improvement initiatives, and performance expectations.
- Contribute actively as a pillar member, supporting standards, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
- Several years of experience within manufacturing, maintenance, or process support.
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams in an operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, asset management, and equipment reliability.
- Experience with industrialization, equipment installation, or commissioning is an advantage.
- Good understanding of quality systems, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with continuous improvement and structured problem-solving methodologies (OPEN+ / IOS or similar is highly valued).
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze performance, and identify productivity improvements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions and organizational levels.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
