Join our Quality team and play an important role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. We are looking for Quality Control Engineers to strengthen our team at our factory in Kungälv, supporting production through quality monitoring, problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Impact You'll Own
- Ensure that Quality Control activities are properly set and followed.
- Support stable and efficient production by identifying, investigating, and resolving quality deviations.
- Drive continuous improvements that strengthen product quality, compliance, and operational performance.
- Contribute to reliable measurement systems and testing methods that support informed quality decisions.
- Help build a culture of quality across the Kungälv , Gothenburg and Silkeborg factories through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and evaluate product quality against established standards.
- Ensure that Quality Control activities are properly set and followed.
- Ensure that critical deviations are solved and define appropriate corrective actions.
- Follow lab measuring equipment qualification adherence and application of validated methods
- Perform necessary testing and ensure the associated records evaluated and retained.
- Participate to the creation/review of procedures, work instructions, methods and other Quality Documents
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
- Analyze quality data and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement projects.
Skills & Capabilities
Must Have
- Degree in Chemistry, Biological sciences, Physical sciences, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or another relevant technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- 2-3 years of experience working with quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of quality systems, quality standards, and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to analyze data and make fact-based recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive way of working.
Nice to Have
- Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience from highly regulated manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of statistical process control, calibration, or measurement systems.
- Swedish and/or Danish language skills.
