Our two Swedish factories are located in the Gothenburg area, and we are now looking for a dynamic People & Culture Manager for our factory in Kungälv. In this pivotal role, you will support our ongoing transformation by driving people initiatives, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and enabling business success in a rapidly evolving environment.


Your role


As People & Culture Manager, you will be a trusted partner to the factory management team and will provide both strategic and operational People & Culture support, partnering closely with leaders across the factory.

You will be part of a collaborative and engaged People & Culture team of four, supporting Operations across the Nordics. Reporting to the Sr Manager People & Culture Nordics, you will be based at our factory in Kungälv and work closely with People & Culture colleagues in Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Silkeborg, Denmark.

 

Your Main Responsibilities

 

  • Partner with factory leadership team to translate business needs into clear people priorities and plans
  • Build managerial capabilities and coach managers on change, organizational design, performance, employee relations and rewards
  • Lead and support labor relations, union negotiations and compliance with Swedish employment practices
  • Drive workforce planning, competence development, succession planning and talent initiatives
  • Work with managers to build a positive work environment by planning and implementing initiatives that improve collaboration, employee well-being, and inclusion
  • In collaborations with subject matter experts, contribute to the development and roll-out of P&C policies and programs (e.g., talent, L&D, compensation, etc.)
  • Analyze and interpret key people data to identify trends and talent needs; communicate findings and recommendations to the business

 

Who you are:

  • You are an experienced HR professional with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or equivalent
  • You bring at least five years of HR Business Partner experience from a multinational organization, preferably in a production environment
  • You build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders and coach leaders with confidence
  • You have a broad HR toolbox, including talent and performance management, organizational development, change management, labor relations, learning and employee engagement
  • You combine strong execution with an analytical mindset, using people data to identify trends and recommend actions
  • You have sound knowledge of Swedish labor law and experience in union negotiations
  • You communicate clearly and confidently in both English and Swedish
