We are seeking an eCommerce Specialist to drive performance, execution and operational excellence for our IQOS.com and potential digital platforms. This role focuses on campaign and site execution, paid media for lower-funnel conversion, funnel performance tracking from onsite to offsite, finance management, and supporting in deployment and enhancement. This role will collaborate closely with marketing and digital teams and other key stakeholders to direct UX, lower funnel paid media, SEO, content, and campaign activities, as well as work with the Supply Chain team on e-Fulfilment deliverables, ensuring seamless consumer experiences and delivering against business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:


1. Campaign and Site Execution

 

  • Plan, execute, and monitor IQOS.com campaigns, promotions and activations according to business timelines.
  • Coordinate and work closely with cross-functional teams (Portfolio, Web, CRM, Social, Paid Media, IT, and Supply Chain) in line with acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring clear and concise briefs are prepared and deployment activities are actively supported
  • Manage lower funnel paid media operations and deployment in collaboration with internal teams and agencies, focusing on optimizing for conversions and sales outcomes.
  • Manage content uploads and updates including product launches, availability, promotional setup and site merchandising
  • Ensure timely updates of banners, landing pages and promotional assets in compliance with regulatory and brand guidelines.

 

2. Finance & Budget Tracking

 

  • Manage ecommerce operational expenses, ensuring proper tracking, reconciliation and reporting.
  • Support budget planning cycles from forecast vs actuals to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide monthly updates on budget utilization and efficiency reports for management review.

 

3. Deployment & Enhancement

 

  • Support end-to-end eCommerce planning and execution for new product launches (NPLs) from readiness checks and implementation to post launch.
  • Align with Digital, Portfolio, IT and Supply chain team to ensure smooth availability, pricing and onsite visibility.
  • Support UX improvement and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives to strengthen eCommerce navigation and overall consumer experience.
  • Contribute to system UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new features, NPLs and upgrades.

 

4. Data Reporting & Funnel Performance

 

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics across the consumer funnel for traffic, engagement, conversion, acquisition to retention by leveraging analytics tools (GA4, Power BI)
  • Monitor and optimize paid media performance at the lower funnel, ensuring strong ROI and conversion outcomes.
  • Assess both onsite (UX, checkout, journey) and offsite (Paid media, CRM, SEO) performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and conversion rates.
  • Support the preparation of regular dashboards and reports to management.

 

Essential Skills and Competencies:

 

  • 3-5 years of experience in an eCommerce environment with proven execution and operational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of brand.com management, online merchandising and campaign planning.
  • Financial discipline with the ability to track, reconcile and report expenses.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in cross-functional coordination
  • Solid understanding of consumer funnel analysis across onsite and offsite channels. Experience in supporting paid media and affiliate marketing to drive conversion is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter with excellent prioritization, conflict-resolution skills, and the ability to meet business-critical deadlines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take calculated risks and execute new initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Degree in marketing, business, ecommerce, or a related field.
