Key responsibilities:
- Focus the Insights agenda and budget on key business objectives for bigger business impact to:
- Overall project management including design, brief, proposal, questionnaire/ discussion guide design, research reports, provide market insights and foresights to drive faster business decisions to deliver accurate, timely and actionable insights.
- Apply analytical techniques to bridge insights across different data sources to synthesize knowledge and inform key business decision.
- Create root cause analyses to build hypotheses along the Consumer Journey that feed into actions, further research or agile-lead projects.
- Manage and maintain the integrity of PMI’s Global Tracker research protocols to ensure the accuracy, reliability and global comparability of strategic consumer and brand information. Manage the research agencies to ensure accurate and quality execution of the research methodology meaningful insights being delivered a deployed to drive business impact.
- Translate consumer data into clear commercial actions and present them to key stakeholders on a constant basis. Integrate different data sources to provide consumer/market insights and facilitate business impact recommendation/next step, contributing to fact-based consumer targeting, support content development and evaluation of brand/trade activations.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for consumer research and analytics.
- Manage and guide the external research partners to ensure consumer research are executed according to the agreed quality, cost and timeline as well as research objectives are being answered in full.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Minimum 10 years work experience within marketing research/ Insights & Analytics in research agencies or FMCG companies.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s /master’s degree in marketing, Economics, Statistic or Business Administration preferred
- Extended knowledge in market research methodologies such as segmentation, brand equity, conjoint analysis, price sensitivity measurement, and concept testing.
- Possess high level of timely delivery of data accuracy, quality and cost efficiency.
- Data storytelling skills, demonstrating the ability to connect, interpret, and present data to provide insightful and actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrate analytical, business-acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Strong people skills with proven influencing and delivery power to work across-functionally and collaborate.
- Strong English written & Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and ambitious self-starter with a strong drive for results.
- Experience working in agile teams and processes and able to lead multiple projects.
