Your Primary Accountabilities
You will support the Head of Commercial Capability in building a highly engaged, motivated, and skilled commercial function. You’ll be responsible for managing, developing, and delivering market-relevant training programs, tools, guides, and performance reports that drive commercial excellence.
- Local Content Design & Localization: Adapt and trans create global training programs to suit local needs across various channels and platforms.
- Vendor Management: Identify, collaborate with, and monitor local vendors to ensure high-quality content creation and delivery.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain and update learning platforms (e.g., Fuse, WE CARE) with relevant training materials and communications.
- Program Deployment & Engagement: Coordinate with internal teams to deploy training for frontline employees and third-party, ensuring high engagement across the audiences.
- Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Track training effectiveness, employee development, and engagement metrics; refine programs based on feedback and performance data.
Key Activities include:
- Develop and manage deployment plans for capability-building programs, including timelines and KPIs.
- Co-create and localize training toolkits and e-learning content in collaboration with global and local teams.
- Align with Capability Deployment Team to identify and prioritize training needs based on capability gap analysis.
- Manage digital platforms to ensure timely updates, content relevance, and accessibility for all learning audiences.
- Drive continuous improvement by updating content and platforms to address evolving training needs.
- Provide regular program updates and facilitate knowledge sharing across PMI and third-party employees.
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Learning and Development within commercial or non-commercial functions. Having exposure within commercial projects/ programs, stakeholder management, event management and employee engagement initiatives would be a bonus.
- Degree in any field, preferably major in HR, Business Admin or Business Management.
- Proven experience in designing and developing engaging learning content, including e-learning modules and digital training materials.
- Proficient in using Articulate 360 and knowledgeable in SCORM standards for creating interactive and trackable learning experiences.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to deliver training sessions effectively across diverse audiences.
- Excellent communicator in both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex information and engage learners at all levels.
- Comfortable working within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel) to collaborate, create, and manage content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess training effectiveness, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvemen
