Your ‘day to day’

This is a highly dynamic, field-intensive role designed for individuals who thrive outside the confines of a desk. Approximately 70% of your working hours will be spent on the ground, engaging with stakeholders, partners, and consumers across your assigned territory. This role demands high agility, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills, as you’ll be constantly on the move, navigating diverse environments and business scenarios.

• Support and executive Business Building Manager’s business direction & strategy and implementation plan of assigned territory.
• Support Business Building Manager in seeking new business opportunities/ partnerships for CC/ RRP expansion/ growth through competitive market intelligence.
• Provide business review and reporting of assigned territory to Business Building Manager.
• Regularly engage collaborators and partners; address business challenges/ concerns/ objectives like Participation Rate, Device Offtake, Device Registration rate, Malay User Contribution. IMS recommendations, PMI&U Booster Program Updates, RRP Education & Lead generation for General Trade Retailers & Key Account outlet operations/ owners.
• Engage with consumer directly in outlets to obtain feedback and/ or insights and promote smoke-free future.
• Collaborate and work closely with other stakeholders including Zonal Business Supervisor and business partner (EZD)’s team to ensure smooth business operations.
• Ensure physical optimization of reporting, such as outlet achievement to create route plan with efficiency improvement and adhere to the call frequency required by each outlet.
• Act as a change enabler for transformation in assigned territory.
• Ensure self and all General Trade Retailer Collaborators/ Partners comply with all PMI Principles & Practices, Code of Conduct, Commercial processes, local and Federal laws.

Who we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Sales Field, preferably in FMCG or financial industries.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experienced in engaging with different business stakeholders and possesses strong influencing skills.
• Well-developed critical thinking skills, with an ability to apply logic and challenge assumption.
• A self-starter, ability to prioritize, conflict-resolution skills and adhere to business-critical deadlines.
• Proven record in selling experience and able to articulate in financial acumen.
• Computer savvy especially in MS Office.
• Strong knowledge in regulatory requirements.
• A valid driving license is required, as frequent travel is essential for this role.
• Diploma/Business Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related disciplines.
