The PMI Treasury CoE (Center of Expertise) based in Krakow, Poland, supports Front Office Treasury activities of 55 markets in Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. In close collaboration with the Treasury Head Office, the scope of activities covers liquidity forecasting, money market and foreign exchange trading, risk management and advisory.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a Treasury Analyst Front Office with the following qualifications and attributes:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
• Fluent English (both written and spoken);
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
• Solid analytical mindset, with the ability to challenge the status quo and learn continuously;
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure and manage multiple priorities;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams;
• Proactive approach, taking ownership of tasks and embracing challenges;
• A keen interest in financial markets; personal trading experience is considered an asset;

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Learn cash management principles within a global company and rapidly apply skills across various markets;
• Perform short-term cash flow forecasts;
• Independently initiate Treasury transactions
• Prepare and develop various ad-hoc reports to enhance the CoEs decision making capabilities;
• Conduct process improvements to foster efficiency;
• Monitor financial markets as well as regulatory developments potentially affecting activities under scope;
• Support Manager Treasury in formulating and executing market specific treasury strategies;
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, affiliates and other stakeholders to enhance the Treasury service level provided to the business;
• Contribute to various cross-functional projects on ad-hoc basis
