WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• University Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics or equivalent
• 'Minimum 1-2 years experience in Finance / Treasury / Risk Management
• Experience in eBanking related administration or data-based management.
• Problems identifications and solutions suggestions

• Accurate with multitask skills.
• Strong awareness of SOX and other internal controls
• A detail-oriented, problem solver, with ability to learn quickly and analytical mind-set;
• Good overall knowledge of banking environment, data protection, computer environment and systems.
• Practical knowledge of Excel
• Practical knowledge and creation of templates, presentation techniques and other functionalities.
• Curiosity in looking for information and understanding of PMI processes and practices & principles

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Administer, configure and control the eBanking/other payment systems and related user accesses under PMI SCE Treasury Services scope
• Maintain the company user access rights in respect to PMI standards
• Liaise with banks, finance teams, affiliates and others to ensure changes are authorized, accurately implemented and up-to-date and that the appropriate supporting documentation is on file
• Support less experienced team members and new joiners.

'Administrate and maintain eBanking platforms/payment systems and related user accesses

Ensure that:

• User accesses and profiles are properly and timely assigned/changed/revoked, guaranteeing a proper segregation of duties
• Authorization-related requests are properly reviewed and approved and related ongoing changes are monitored to ensure immediate action if required
• Personal data is protected as per PMI guidelines             
• Provide eBanking users with required support related to eBanking platforms/accesses (e.g. login to platform, software installation, access blocked).
• Be a point of contact for PMI SCE scope of banks and entities in all treasury matters referring to eBanking/other payment systems and banking services
• 'Support implementation/upgrade eBanking platforms/related user accesses as per the PMI standards and practices
• Ensure proper configuration of the platform and user profiles (passwords, tokens, bank accounts, payment routes, profiles, authorization workflows, etc.)
• Monitor the eBanking /payment system configuration to ensure its validity and proper settings
