WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking the TECH SEO Operations Senior Specialist who will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of the global technical SEO strategy across all markets. In this role, you will provide expert support to improve search visibility, resolve technical issues, and ensure SEO best practices are followed during website and campaign launches. Acting as a bridge between global SEO strategy, hub leads, and local markets, you will also monitor performance against SEO KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement.  Your work will directly supports e-commerce performance and brand visibility, including in restricted markets.

Key responsibilitie

• Collaborate with Design, UX, and developer teams to design a seamless online shopping experience with SEO built in. 

• Provide Technical SEO requirements for ongoing improvements made on RRP websites to improve consumer experience. 

• Project manage technical SEO elements of PMI global programs and projects, including site migrations and new sites launches. 

• Oversee the implementation of technical SEO recommendations in key local markets and global websites.  

• Contribute to the Technical SEO roadmap in collaboration with the Head of SEO and take the necessary actions so it is successfully delivered. 

• Implement the SEO due diligence process for quality control testing before and after site releases. 

• Educate and train internal teams on the basic principles of technical SEO. 

• Stay abreast of industry trends and new developments and continuously improve technical SEO best practice across sites. 

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO, preferably in a global or multi-market environment.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO principles, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and structured data.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and web analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze technical SEO performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments
• Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
